He tell about history of his education. He has completed S1 in Jakarta, then he continued his study S2 at the University of London and finished S3 in UGM, Yogyakarta. He delivered the characteristics of someone entering the adult age. Someone who entering the adult age must independent and have high motivation to learn. Except that we must have good attitude or behavior. And we must be active learner. He also teachs how make a blog. At that time he looks very angry because there is miscommunication with the students. The exercise to tell again what I see and I listen at the first meet.He has completed S1 In Jakarta, S2 the universityof London and S3 in UGM Yogyakarta.
At the first meet, started with introduction Mr marsigit asking where we come from and then his telling about his dissapointed with A2 head cllass. Point problem because misscomunication.
From that story, I can take resume ai Mr Marsigit its dicipline people. I like him said if we must aware with time and room. Nowadays, we are demanded for english competence, because english is an international language. with knowledge english, we can develop science technology. That's why learning english is very important.
As an university student, in addition to learning indonesian rightly, we also have to learn english. But many student of Indonesia don't realize the important of learning english.
According to my opinion, taking english subject in university is very useful.
In the first meeting, Mr. Dr. Marsigit, M.A. gave the explanation about the important of english in education, working, and daily life. without our preparation, he gave the listening test. The items were related to mathematic education. Because the word of our vocabulary are very little and also the questions seldom be found in daily life, so the result was very bad.
Only from the listening test have done, he thought that we didn't have a good knowledge in english, and who make me be happy is he gave us motivation to learn english better and better and invited us to get up from laziness.
So i believe that we'll be surely face with the english words and we won't be able to avoid it.

hallo sir. i am HARTANTO. Testimonial about Mr. Marsigit. First time I saw Mr. Marsigit, he is riding his car. He is tall, sturdy with a serious face, that’s scared me up. But when he teach in my class, he is nice and a little bit funny. He was born at Purworejo and now he is living in Yogyakarta. He tells us that English is important. With his experience, ability to speak and teach English well, he was invited to many countries to follow many seminars. Not easy to reach all of that. Day Saturday 21 March 2009 hours precisely 12:00 noon, I have study English. On this subject I taught by Mr. Marsigit, the first time that I feel that I feeling, fear, stir and strain because it has not been taught and never look in the face directly with Mr Marsigit, but at that time feeling I feel lost in all of that immediately after Mr. Marsigit incoming class and teaching, Mr. Marsigit was a lecturer who is entertaining, especially for students at the time of Mr. Marsigit many give motivation and many experiences. That's all I can to arouse the hearts are and have more motivation in learning and become a better person again, that I was still sleeped now awakened to go to a better future.
The first time you log in studying the English language and meet directly with Mr Marsigit. The atmosphere that I felt quite tense because of how the Mr Marsigit the first time I catch firm and hard in teaching, but after a few minutes and class room begins with the introduction into the liquid to create atmosphere and relaxed. My opinion on good praptice of teaching learning mathemathics
Learning mathematics is good according to me is learning related to daily life. learning in mathematics can do in the room and outside the room. For example in the pembelajan do in the room at the time of learning to do with the number of students both women and men who laki.waktu in use in accordance with the learning kurikulumyang in use, and so forth. Examples of learning to do in the outside room that is the number of houses in the skip, a lot of interest and the amount posted on da color of many flowers. In learning mathematics, we can learn vocabulary in a variety of mathematics education. Learning is a good use of the syllabus that has been in and sesui and agree with the curriculum in use in the learning process in students in providing the material in the learning.
In activity learn educative competitor influenced by various factor, like motivation, maturity, educative competitor link with instructor, ability verbal mount freedom, feel safe, and the instructor skill in communicating. If fulfilled above factors, hence through ambulatory educative competitor study better. One way is to improve the skills of a teacher himself, such as: 1. Improve communication between a teacher and students. This approach will be more students with teacher, so that student will also easier to accept the lessons that they consider this difficult. 2. Understanding condition of the class. This will make students feel more in the class to receive the lessons.
As for the other way, namely: 1. Create a group study. Teacher order to students to learn to work together in solving problems. This is expected that less proficient student can learn from student who are more clever. 2. Make a quiz or a game. This is also very very good idea. This can change saturation of the students become experienced fresh and happiness. 3. Involving tools. Learning mathematics is good according to me is first, the curriculum is very enough. Because in the curriculum that is not appropriate will provide the materials and provide a feasible material should not result in material subjects diajarkan.Ini only able to follow part students. Because curriculum that does not lead to feasible not enough time available to complete the entire subject is in curriculum. This makes to cut material so that it can not be taught. Second, the book is available less good. Until a specialty books that teachers and students in the lesson, for example, we know mathematic. Compulsory textbooks are one important element in the education process in school no exception in the field of subjects mathematic. We can see the books provided the government does not even have the curriculum in change. Book only change the order in accordance with the curriculum, they do not try to repair or books appropriate curriculum. Third, professionalism teacher. Teacher is an important component in education. Shoulder students hope to put out a lesson or learning. Dislike pleasure students of a lesson depends on how teachers learning. Mathematics is hematics. Best interaction of between teacher and student very required in mathematics study. As teacher, we have to educate the student real correctly. Teacher don’t just transferring science. But teacher have to really comprehending of student condition, so that natural by difficulty of student in study mathematics can be finished. Enthusiasm and student perception to mathematics Iesson is fundamental key. If student own the enthusiasm learn, surely the pupil will feel to like the and enjoy this study. And if student own the perception which do well by the mathematics, sure also will be able to support the efficacy of mathematics study. Good praptic teaching learning mathematics is pleasant mathematics study. Teacher feel to like to give the Iesson and student feel to like to accept the Iesson. From the pleasant atmosphere, Iesson given by a teacher will be more is easy to accepted by student. So that study target can be reached finely. Others, innovate the Iesson also of vital importance. Like use of study method by teacher, use of study media, discussion, up to date, etc. Become its conclusion, good mathematics study is mathematics study which can reach the study target finely according to study indicator, through pleasant study atmosphere and teacher and student which is the full of innovation.

Last Sunday 15 March , he teach in my class. He tell about history of his education. He has completed S1 in Jakarta, then he continued his study S2 at the University of London and finished S3 in UGM, Yogyakarta.
He delivered the characteristics of someone entering the adult age. Someone who entering the adult age must independent and have high motivation to learn. Except that we must have good attitude or behavior. And we must be active learner.
He also teachs how make a blog. He also order to create e-mail account in www.gmail.com . then create a blog in www.blogger.com. And follower in http://marsigitupy.blogspot.com.
At that time he looks very angry because there is miscommunication with the students. But after discussion with the students he already to forgive mistake and ask the students to always respects to other people .

ReplyDeleteSunday, March 15th 2009 at 01.50 pm on aula uni I. We are A1 and A2 graders follow English study for the first meet and then give exercise make blog to use email address at gmail.com! The exercise to tell again what I see and I listen at the first meet.He has completed S1 In Jakarta, S2 the universityof London and S3 in UGM Yogyakarta.
At the first meet, started with introduction Mr marsigit asking where we come from and then his telling about his dissapointed with A2 head cllass. Point problem because misscomunication.
From that story, I can take resume ai Mr Marsigit its dicipline people. I like him said if we must aware with time and room. Can to apprciate time and understand how we must be to perform something on else perform. Example when any several people from we are late to come. They are to receive a doubt to sit behind Mr Marsigit. So that their are mistake with mistake to aware time and room.
Until to conversation about university student of california Australia. Since one year yesterday university student will make a researcher in Indonesia and the cost from Australia. From Australia introducing Mr Marsigit like as partner for furtherance the proposal. Finnaly Mr marsigit agree and give him original sign by post to californa. On sunday March 15 th 2009, my clas was first meet with Mr.Marsigit in fist meet,he feel dissapointed, cause my class was misscomunication with him.But the risk can finished.In first meet, he did not give my class the materi,but he was tell about experience in his life.He give motivation to our class and his motivation make me optimis and try to appaise the time.
When Mr.Marsigit tell about his experience,some of student in my class come late and they wre shit behind Mr.Marsigit and they become the object from Mr. Marsigit's motivation to appaise the time.
And he also tell in my class that,he can not full to teach in my class.Just 15% from all meeting,so we must active toget the knowledge about English. Finally,he give the to my class.He want,we retell about the meeting yesterday and it to his blogs use the English language.

Nowadays, we are demanded for english competence, because english is an international language. with knowledge english, we can develop science technology. That's why learning english is very important.
As an university student, in addition to learning indonesian rightly, we also have to learn english. But many student of Indonesia don't realize the important of learning english.
According to my opinion, taking english subject in university is very useful.
In the first meeting, Mr. Dr. Marsigit, M.A. gave the explanation about the important of english in education, working, and daily life. without our preparation, he gave the listening test. The items were related to mathematic education. Because the word of our vocabulary are very little and also the questions seldom be found in daily life, so the result was very bad.
Only from the listening test have done, he thought that we didn't have a good knowledge in english, and who make me be happy is he gave us motivation to learn english better and better and invited us to get up from laziness.
So i believe that we'll be surely face with the english words and we won't be able to avoid it.
(TOMORROW MUST BE BETTER THAN TODAY...!!!).

First time I saw Mr. Marsigit, he is riding his car. He is tall, sturdy with a serious face, that’s scared me up. But when he teach in my class, he is nice and a little bit funny.
He was born at Purworejo and now he is living in Yogyakarta.
He tells us that English is important. With his experience, ability to speak and teach English well, he was invited to many countries to follow many seminars. Not easy to reach all of that. Its need many things to do, not instantly came to him.
Things I can learn from him, if we have a dream, some things to reach, we must fight for it and we can not give up. Day Saturday 21 March 2009 hours precisely 12:00 noon, I have study English. On this subject I taught by Mr. Marsigit, the first time that I feel that I feeling, fear, stir and strain because it has not been taught and never look in the face directly with Mr Marsigit, but at that time feeling I feel lost in all of that immediately after Mr. Marsigit incoming class and teaching, Mr. Marsigit was a lecturer who is entertaining, especially for students at the time of Mr. Marsigit many give motivation and many experiences. That's all I can to arouse the hearts are and have more motivation in learning and become a better person again, that I was still sleeped now awakened to go to a better future.

The atmosphere that I felt quite tense because of how the Mr Marsigit the first time I catch firm and hard in teaching, but after a few minutes and class room begins with the introduction into the liquid to create atmosphere and relaxed. Saturday March, 21st 2009 was my second English course.Mr marsigit gave a pretest, there was 50 questions about mathematics English.I got 30 point only from all the questions.,that’s mean I have to learn more about English, especially English for mathematics. He suggest us to browse to his blog so that we can communicate about mathematic lesson in English, where the communication means to hear, to speak and to write. he remind us also do not make any plagiation in writing. he said that he finished his bachelor in Jakarta 1981, master degree in English and he has been studying S3 in UGM Jogjakarta.he told about his f experiences aboard like in Japan, Singapore, australia ect.

For example in the pembelajan do in the room at the time of learning to do with the number of students both women and men who laki.waktu in use in accordance with the learning kurikulumyang in use, and so forth. Examples of learning to do in the outside room that is the number of houses in the skip, a lot of interest and the amount posted on da color of many flowers.
In learning mathematics, we can learn vocabulary in a variety of mathematics education. Learning is a good use of the syllabus that has been in and sesui and agree with the curriculum in use in the learning process in students in providing the material in the learning.

ReplyDeleteLearning mathematics at this time is no longer a frightening lesson for students in the school. If mathematics is seen as a knowledge and abstract-only formula containing the formula, as if not jog with the reality of students, now is time for students to familiar with the mathematics.
I think learning mathematics will be more meaningful and interesting for students if the teacher presents the problems of contextual and realistic, the problems are well known, close to the real life of students. Contextual issues can be used as a starting point in learning mathematics help students develop understanding of mathematical concepts is learned and can also be used as a source of mathematical applications. therefore, mathematics akan closer and meaningful for students.
Then, learning of mathematics should not position the students as an object, students are considered not know or not know anything, while the teachers positioned themselves as who has the knowledge. Mathematics learning materials provided in the form of so. And, not all of them successfully make the students understand well what they are learning. Students' mastery and understanding of the concepts of mathematics is weak because it is not deep. In addition, the knowledge received by students in mathematics does not make the passive means for students. However, the learning of mathematics is good according to my students should be positioned as the subject. Knowledge is not something that is so, but a process that must be considered and understood by students.
Therefore, students must actively want to learn the knowledge assets. The task of teachers is not the active knowledge, but to create conditions to study and plan a way of learning the material and the appropriate representative and realistic for students so that students obtain the optimal learning experience. Teachers encourage students to build and develop their minds or their own reasoning. As a mediator, to help guide teachers' ideas / thoughts in accordance with the context of student learning, and help students see the connection between one thought and another thought.
In the process of learning mathematics, of course, students also often have difficulties with learning activities. Therefore, teachers need to provide assistance / guidance to the students in learning mathematics. MY OPINION ON GOOD PRAPTIC OF TEACHING MTHEMATICS
ReplyDeleteWhen I was in the junior high school, I fear the lessons of mathematics, because mathematics lessons are lessons that are difficult to understand. That time I still think that learning mathematics is a subject full of numbers and difficult to be solved. But with the over time I began to like math lessons although not like too but I have started with a fun math lesson because that is the lesson and in a matter of using the formula-determined formula.
After I entered the SMK benches, I like learning math, because math lesson that time is not a priority, but remember that at the time that more teachers prioritize subjects related to the vocational. SMK schools because students are required to be the direction that we choose so that graduate students from SMK provided with skills that match my department. However, with time and the more advanced education, SMK mathematics lessons start out as a priority. Start from here to my heart are subjects like math and fear, which is always a burden "that mathematics is also a lesson in passing the exam." My friends and form study groups start and we always solve math problems together and find ways / tricks in math problems quickly so that the target value that we want can be achieved.
From the habit that I do with friends who frequently gather to do the mathematics and problem solving, where I started with no fear of mathematics is like learning this lesson. And consider the learning of mathematics is not boring and does not make sex. Moreover, if the problem is complex mathematics can be resolved and that can make satisfaction for me. Continuously added to the value of mathematics is to meet the target that I want. From where I started thinking to continue studying in Mathematics Education. Once I started studying in Mathematics Education from here I feel that it is true that mathematics lessons are really challenging but fun. Through here that I started romp in campus organizations and activities are always associated with mathematics such as UMC, PMRI,learning guidance
and so forth. That it can regenerate the spirit of all for me to change the view of all the students that the math lesson is not learning the lesson that scary but fun, not boring and that mathematics can be applied in daily life. I started to think is the future I become a mathematics teacher, I want to make the students to like mathematics lessons, with the things that can stimulate students' enthusiasm for learning mathematics. Such as learning mathematics using the tools, games, and connected with everyday life, so with all that can stimulate students to learn the spirit of mathematics.

ReplyDeleteMathematics, as one of basic skills, has important role in everyday life and the development of science and technology. Dealing with technology, by the use mathematics, people could find tools and devices to make life easier. Dealing with science, mathematics is used to develop other science because this is a right tool to develop a logical, systematic, objective, critical, and rational way of thinking. Due to the reason, mathematics has become one basic subject matter in school, either in elementary school, or in high schools and even in universities. Because of that, mathematics has to be considered serious by the students.
Different from the importance of mathematics and the urgent need from the student to learn the subject matter, this subject matter is still considered very difficult by the student, not only the student in elementary school but also student in universities. since it is considered as a difficult subject matter, mathematics become one scarring subject matter.
There are some reasons that underlie what makes mathematics a scarring subject matter. The first eason is that generally it is considered as difficult. Because this is difficult, mathematic become a horror. Another reason deals with the way how mathematics is thaught. teacher usually use conventional way of teaching mathematics to the student. The teachers give all materials by dictating it to the student, without involving the students in the process of teaching learning process. This method will only make the student object of the process, and not the subject of the teaching learning process. It will result in the end of the process : the students will only know the material and not understand nor internalize the material.
Considering the opinion that mathematics is difficult and also scarring, teacher have to find a way to make the students enjoy studying this subject matter. Although most people think that mathematic is difficult, this subject matter is actually relatively easy. Mathematics will be easy if it is learnt through a good and right way. One of the way is cooperative learning. this way oflearning enables the students to learn mathematics in a joyful and supporting-to-learn atmosphere.
By the use of the cooperative learning, the students are given chances to discuss the material with their friends. by so doing, the students will not only learning by themselves, but also internalizing the material. they will be able to understand difficult concepts. moreover, in this teaching-learning process, the teachers give chances for the students to give their opinions and to listen to theirs friends' opinions.

But for us that learning at school, sometime feel the mathematics is very difficult subject. This matter can be caused one of them is because difficult items comprehended. Teacher can use projector to make student more interest or using real mathematic tools as ruler, cube, triangles etc. Teacher must use right method for mathematic. To make more interesting, teacher can use English sometimes. It gave different atmosphere. To create good lesson proceeds, teacher must prepare administration first. Many other sciences developed from the knowledge of mathematics.
Some students think that mathematics is "fun",
but most students think that mathematics is something that the doghouse.
They think that mathematics is very very difficult to learn,
even some who think;
"MATHEMATICS IS LIKE MONSTER"
Because they're always on the numbers and they can be charged with completing the many formulas that they must also understand.
But basically, mathematics not as many students think,
mathematics can be changed into a subject that fun.
Here the role of a teacher is the most important factor.
Basically a teacher able to change the mathematics of the subject preferred to be less favored by students.
One way is to improve the skills of a teacher himself,
such as:
1. Improve communication between a teacher and
students.
This approach will be more students with teacher,
so that student will also easier to accept the lessons that they consider this difficult.
2. Understanding condition of the class.

ReplyDeleteLearning mathematics is good according to me is first, the curriculum is very enough. Because in the curriculum that is not appropriate will provide the materials and provide a feasible material should not result in material subjects diajarkan.Ini only able to follow part students. Because curriculum that does not lead to feasible not enough time available to complete the entire subject is in curriculum. This makes to cut material so that it can not be taught.
Second, the book is available less good. Until a specialty books that teachers and students in the lesson, for example, we know mathematic. Compulsory textbooks are one important element in the education process in school no exception in the field of subjects mathematic. We can see the books provided the government does not even have the curriculum in change. Book only change the order in accordance with the curriculum, they do not try to repair or books appropriate curriculum.
Third, professionalism teacher. Teacher is an important component in education. Shoulder students hope to put out a lesson or learning. Dislike pleasure students of a lesson depends on how teachers learning. I say that teachers are the spearhead of in system education. Teacher don’t just transferring science. But teacher have to really comprehending of student condition, so that natural by difficulty of student in study mathematics can be finished.
Enthusiasm and student perception to mathematics Iesson is fundamental key. If student own the enthusiasm learn, surely the pupil will feel to like the and enjoy this study. And if student own the perception which do well by the mathematics, sure also will be able to support the efficacy of mathematics study.
Good praptic teaching learning mathematics is pleasant mathematics study. Teacher feel to like to give the Iesson and student feel to like to accept the Iesson. From the pleasant atmosphere, Iesson given by a teacher will be more is easy to accepted by student. So that study target can be reached finely.
